Brett, I am happy to learn that youve submitted the fix for version 2.6.2 to Apple. I love your app - when its working. This is the second update I.ve installed that didnt work. It concerned me that I could not access your support site, your website, your Twitter accout or your Facebook account for any kind of assurance from you that you were working on a fix. My suggestion to a young businessman is to take the time to respond to your customers.....

Hint to Converter users. Henceforth, update Converter on your iPhone ONLY. DO NOT UPDATE THE APP ON YOUR SYNCHING COMPUTER. This way, if the app is faulty, you can delete it on your iPhone, re-synch it to your computer and the old, working version will be re-installed on your iPhone.
